Ginger pork cutlet with biscuit crumbs

Ingredients
1. Salt
2. Sugar
3. Sesame oil
4. Biscuits crumbs (sweet or salted)
5. Dark soy sauce
6. Pork loin 
7. Grounded ginger

Steps
1. Cut pork loin into bite-sized pieces
2. Marinate with salt, sugar, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, grounded ginger
3. Crush biscuit pieces into crumbs
4. Coat pork cutlets with bread crumbs
5. Heat up frying pan with some oil
6. Fried bread-crumb coated pork cutlet until golden brown
7. Serve on plate
